Tokunbo has over four decades of experience in the legal industry. He participated as a legal counsel in several landmark cases – one of which is the case of Chief Obafemi Awolowo VS Shehu Shagari in 1979.
He is an astute transaction lawyer with solid experience in law practice. As an investor and business counsellor, he served on the board of GTBank for a decade, as well as WSTC Financial Services amongst others.
Tokunbo bagged an LL. B (Hons.) from OAU, and has taken several executive courses at the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts, USA and Cranfield University, UK. He is a Notary Public and a member of the NBA, International Bar Associations, and Metropolitan Club.
